I feel like I’ve been “spinning my wheels” for the last year or two - both in my career and in my personal life. Do you see any big changes for me in the near future? Are they negative or positive? What should I do to improve the quality of my life?

As for how you can improve the quality of your life, you got the Temperance card. The crown off in the distance shows you are headed toward success. In order to get there, you must have patience and moderation in your life. Although you may feel you are spinning your wheels, you may be surprised to notice what you have truly accomplished over the last 2 years. Maybe you are being overly anxious and not giving yourself enough credit. Just like the flowers growing in the background, things take time to grow, develop and blossom. To be understanding of the nature of all things, and to go with the flow, are the attitudes that I see here to pull more positive energy into your life.
Please remember that the quality of your life is largely dependent on your perspective. Two people could have the same exact life and one person could enjoy it and another could hate it. So much of it depends on how you feel deep inside. If you can find that place within you that is happy and strive to match your outside vibration to that, things will start unfolding exactly the way you wish for. Then that path toward success will become more and more clear.
