Reiki I - Level 1 - Basic reiki energy “I am in the light”
Maribeth will share the concepts, history and theory of Usui Reiki, as well as provide a reiki attunement. You will learn about how the energy field works and the qualities of each chakra. You will learn how to clear and support your own energetic field as well as others. The attunement you receive will align your energy field, allowing your unlimited access to positive life force energy. The attunement will be followed by learning the hand positions for practicing self-treatment. Finally, students will be led through a guided practicum for providing reiki treatments to others.
